They were all good to be honest Except one time The cost of my trip from university to home was 8.20 and I gave the driver 50 he gave me 40 back. He had to give me 41.70.I am not a stingy person but I am a student and when I told him he got upset, and was surprised, and still he gave 1.50, and he said to me in a tone that It's enough now go.it snot about the money, its the principle.i didn't like him at all

The taxi was ten minutes late, so I rang the app, and they said it had been cancelled. No notification, no call, nothing. Avoid at all costs.

Update Dec 2022: booked two rides yesterday, which went well, but now app is repeatedly sending notifications to rate the driver of the 2nd ride. Happy to do so, but notifications won't stop coming! Had to disable notifications to stop them pestering me! Update Sep 2022: Very disappointed by new app and losing all details of previous bookings, credit etc. Placed two advance booking and only one shows up in the app but both charged. Revised down from 5 stars to 2.
