★★★★★ This is a great app with all necessary functions to do online banking. Pay bills, e-transfers and check account balances are tasks easy to navigate through the app. If you have any issues, BVCU is a call away. The app is a basic platform with none of the features with a chartered bank app. It does the job. I am glad that it is easy to download to bank during the pandemic.

★★★★★ Other than messing up my pac all the time, big thumbs, I love this app

★★☆☆☆ Can't renew or change password online. Have to go to branch in person. If I move from this community I will have to cancel this account.

★★☆☆☆ Logging on is now difficult with an access code and email. I don't have text. Had to go to bank often to unlock account. Difficult for seniors!

★★☆☆☆ This is the only banking app I have that never displays my balance and requires an email or message every time you want to check your accounts. Should not have to verify every time
