I did use the app to book a bus from Ottawa to Montreal with MAHEUX and the driver was Mathieu, an excellent driver very professional and very knowledgeable and friendly on my way back I was so lucky as it was Mathieu again that drived me. What a great trip it was. Very comfortable and Wi-Fi and a plug to recharge and an usb plug, cup holder the all 9 yards. EPIC A-1. 5 STARS

SCAM COMPANY!!!! I booked and paid for tickets, which the bus company canceled an hour later. Bus bud charged a cancelation fee, even though it was the bus company that canceled the tickets. Thieving scammers!!!!

Two stars because I like the app and user experience. But be AWARE: Based on the country of residence the app changes the currency and uses a really bad exchange rate, which makes it around 10% more expensive than in local currency (and the credit card exchange rate). I avoid this app now.

I was left behind while I was 5 minutes late, I know you are professional, but please have a heart if an individual is late, and you can't allow them after closing the bus at least give them a refund

I bought they're refund insurance. They say you can get it back to your account, but they only let me get it in credit. Then when I went to use the credit of £55 on a £40 journey I was not able to use the full amount and still had to pay some of the journey in cash. Sneaky, unfaithful policies, be careful
