This app is really great for young kids. I have a 9-year-old and a 6-year-old who can't get debit cards until they turn 13 through our bank. Busy Kid has been great to get them their own easy to use mobile account, and debit card, so they can feel independent. They can see what they have, what they are spending, and know how to use a debit card. In today's day and age, most everything is electronic, so the cards are vital to them knowing how to use it in the future. It's worth the yearly cost.

I have had this account for many years! My kids learned to save money with this app, I just wish they made it easier to transfer savings into a real bank savings account once my kid grew old enough to have one.

Added my new bank account after having busy kid for over a year and then all of a sudden busy kid closed the account. Not to mention the app is very busy/confusing for the average user. Would not recommend.

Was great until the new bank took over a month ago. Cards still not working with no updates as to when they will be working. Kids can't access money. Closed account. Still waiting on almost $100 to be returned to me....

I closed my account almost a year ago as it was continuing to pull funds after I tried to stop transfers. I continued having funds pulled after the account was closed because "the debit cards weren't closed". Seriously?! Apparently, I still have funds in my closed account and was not reimbursed fully. Not sure if this has been fixed, but that is completely unacceptable.

Seems like just another service/app that takes money from the users and doesn't put any of that money towards the betterment of what they have to offer. Customer service is also terrible, and they have absolutely no customer service etiquette. 0/10 would not recommend, if you ever have any issues you can guarantee that customer service will be of no service to you. And the "President" Mike Prusinski is a joke who pretends to want to help while trying to justify the poor service provided by reps.
