★★★★★ A great open source password manager. For people having trouble with Google Drive sync: After you authenticate you have to tap on connect and select your vault.

★★★★★ 5 stars for desktop app, but the mobile app literally does everything but the one thing I actually want it to do. In the present state It's useless without giving your passwords to the cloud. The only reason I selected buttercup over other password managers is that it is offline. Until this app can read local .bcup files I have for my laptop and desktop I consider it broken and does not deliver what the desktop version does, it can't even create local .bcup archives.

★★★★★ Works great. Only complaint is that the autofill doesn't work on the Android version.

★★☆☆☆ Can't use local vault file, created on desktop version. I'll redact the review if this is due to my old Android version

★★☆☆☆ Desktop app is great. This version. . .Google Drive folder access is bugged and the beta local file use is junk. Why doesn't local actually use the regular folders?

★★☆☆☆ The Google Drive authentication is no longer working. And my old vaults were lost with the new update

★★☆☆☆ Only reads cloud files! This needs the same desktop function to access local files! Or else why not go with any of the other competition
