It won't let me redeem my free birthday treat. I have a meal in my cart, so I've hit the five-dollar threshold, and I've tried multiple ways of redeeming the coupon. I've tried adding the cake first and then redeeming the coupon, and I've tried just redeeming the coupon. Both times it sends me to the desserts and I select the cake and then go to check out, and it won't take it off no matter what I try.

Just got fired from Zupas. I got fired for not helping the team enough, for "bringing the morale" of the team down even though nothing was done. Management was TERRIBLE. Training was way too long and unproductive. They lacked professionalism, and I was also lied to about things during my interview. I was not told everything I would be doing, and they made me do more things than were in my contract. I will not be ordering from here anytime soon, and neither should you. Zupas is a lie, all fake.

App would be great if I could use Google Pay, but when I try it just scrolls back up to the tip line that is already filled out for 15%. Changing that to anything I have tried fails and does the same thing. I will change the stars if that is fixed. Being unable to pay makes it impossible to order food and a restaurant app is not good for much else. Yes I could enter a CC in the app. I do not put my CC in every app that comes out. Using Google Pay keeps it in one location and reduces the risk.
