★★☆☆☆ The new update is not user-friendly. It's difficult to see the actual amount of money in my bank account after all charges have been deducted. It was better before when the current balance, after deductions, was displayed in large numbers on the main accounts screen. Additionally, I’ve been trying to figure out the fees for the credit cards I could apply for, but they are neither mentioned nor clearly shown in the application.

★★☆☆☆ Even a simple transfer crashes the app. I constantly have to use my computer to operate my account, because the app doesn't work properly.

★★☆☆☆ I've been using this app for years now without problems, however since the 31st August it is problematic where sometimes you can open the app and then frequently you are unable to log in always getting a message "An error has occurred ", and when I do eventually log in to the app it shows an empty account! When I try to 'see all' it gives me the same msg "An error has occurred". It is damn annoying and nobody from Client support department can help me. I am starting to HATE this application.
