I hope to let City Planners know how frustrating it is to drive in Calgary. There's no logic in the roads, the signs, the design. Makes me roll my eyes. A monkey could make better roads. Toronto has traffic jams because it's busy. Calgary has traffic jams because it's stupid...road workers have no diligence in putting signs up. No pride...luckily, aside from this, Calgarians are nice people, and it's a good place to live. But why are roads design so dumb? Good app.

I'm giving it 4 stars because I love it, but it DOES have one big problem: if you don't fill in a mandatory field, attempting to submit SILENTLY fails. There is no explanation as to why nothing happens. This behavior defies user expectations. Typically, apps highlight any mandatory fields in red that still requires information. I assumed there was a network error for MONTHS and frequently gave up on creating tickets... then I figured out today what the intermittent issue was. Please fix it so that any empty mandatory fields GLOW RED when a user clicks the "Submit" button before all required information has been entered. Then I'll switch my rating to 5 stars :)

Hi I BUY home 1 years before so many problems my home so many thing damage my New home starting problems for 1st month washroom tub problems so hard for bath time stuck water Broadview no repairs 2nd thing garage door damage not replace I work myself Broadview I'm not covered 3rd problems window not open proper and kitchen fridge dishwasher and driveway inside or outside crack master bedroom window crack not repairs and right now New problem water leak in the basement because Broadview guy no proper work nail in the toilet pipe that's why water leak in the basement my security camera system computer monitor one server damaged my own property $10,000 dollar right now don't pay me Broadview guy first told me go home insurance Company paid you I call insurance company explain everything insurance company refused this is not God damage then I paid this is Broadview mistake because don't proper work that's why paid Broadview but Broadview company refused I'm not paid

I was directed to this app to explore the meaning of a service request (23-00200504) ordering me to prune trees encroaching on sidewalks or lanes. I need to know which ones. Or am I supposed to let the city do whatever it wants. Are city rates competitive? Hmmm. I wonder about that. John Frey

It has been inconsistent at best on Android. Most of the time it will not sync, and I cannot submit an inquiry I find. Luckily, they have a callback system now, so for the couple of times a year I need 311, ill just call now.
