★★★★★ They charge for bikes which never were unlocked only bacuse you scan the QR. 2 stars and hundreds negative reviews, and they still don't improve the app.

★★★★★ Pretty good app but really hard to find where to drop the bike. Yes, you can say "show me where I am" but it doesn't show where you are, only the area. The area where a drop is possible, but where is it relative to me? Disappointing, and while searching, the clock ticks. Other possible improvement: - show the drop stations in Google map. - show the navigation through the city. - combine with Google map to show navigation through the city.

★★★★★ To avoid a wrong GPS parking position (and eventually a surcharge) I recommend selecting the map and hitting the GPS symbol before returning the bike by closing the lock. Otherwise, a good app

★★☆☆☆ My account has been blocked despite they always received my payments. And with the fact that you are charged 10 euro to park the bike not on the parking slot this service is a scam.

★★☆☆☆ I am absolutely appalled at the customer service of this company. I have been a Bahncard holder for over a decade. Berlin had vandalism issues that greatly reduced the availability and range of bikes. They recognized this and changed some of the costs, but the "credit" given was not actual money. It is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone once they decide they want you to pay some fee. They lock the account even when there is positive credit in the account! Just astounding.
