Easy to use and keeps up my awareness of what / how much I am eating or water drinking through the day. Love that you can set water goals, and add custom foods that I eat or remove foods that I don't, so it is customized to my health. Really works if you stay with it... Lost 20+ then stopped tracking so lost awareness gained back 10 and now getting back on track.

Very useful app...It's been very helpful to me to calculate my daily calorie intakes, water intakes, exercise, and weight changes, it even has options to calculate macro calories and there is a plenty of food in the list with calorie and macro calculation. Very good app.

I've been using this app for over 2 years. I just dropped my review from 5 stars to 2 stars...this last 2 months the ads just got too bad. I just had to watch 5 ads just to fill in my breakfast.

Far to many adds on this app now, I can't even input food intake without coming across several adds each time. A total waste of time I will be looking for a new app now.

Free version seems to have quite a few options, but ads are too frequent, obtrusive and time-consuming to get any idea of whether it would be worth buying. Basically unusable as a free app due to the ads.
