We can begin our IAPs quicker and mitigate an incident in record time. This is a MUST-HAVE APP! If you have problems, go to their help site. A great tutorial.

★★☆☆☆ Latest update won't open on older Android devices (e.g., Galaxy s5). This app, if you can open it, is a go-to HazMat incident resource for first responders. It's too bad the developers didn't legacy older versions of the Android OS in their latest update... s5 is only 3 - 4 years old. (HazMat specialist & instructor)
