Overall it's a good app, I've never really had any serious issues with it, but it's almost 2025 now, and it still doesn't support more modern features like a dark mode and support for themed icons as two examples. Themed icons in particular is a simple one to implement too.

Overall it's good, but we've had a couple of days when it shows the post is on the way, but it's already sitting on the box delivered. So there's some latency in that part of the process. Love how it picks up on tracked parcels though.

Don't like to verify identity feature because my address has changed from my license to where I live now and because of that I can't verify my identity and because I can't verify my identity I am stuck

I signed up for text updates. Two days later, 12 hours after the package was delivered, I got a text saying "you have successfully signed up for text updates.". Canada Post can't do anything right, don't expect this app to be different. Update: it combined two of my tracking numbers. When the parcel became available for pickup, it said that I picked it up yesterday, and the parcel I picked up yesterday disappeared.

App does not update on the package status as it moves from one place to another. Unlike before I get an update right away. I couldn't track the package on real time.
