So far, I really like the app. I'm pleased with the way I'm able to keep tabs on my kids' progress in school. However, I would like to see some changes in the notification. Meaning. I have two children that are in the same grade, and have some of the same teachers, when notifications of assignment competition, missing, or late I would like to see who ot is i.e. X student has completed X assignment l.

This app does pretty well, and I loved it it keeps me up-to-date on my children's grades etc. However, it does think I'm my child quite frequently. It is just a small glitch no not the end of the world it quickly fixes itself typically

Alerts don't work. Says error. You need to manually check every class/assignment to see if they have a new one, have been submitted, and grade received. Last semester 100+ alerts came through last week of school at same time. One student alerts work and not calendar, other students' calendar works but not alerts. 🤯 Hopefully problem gets fixed. Have submitted multiple requests.

Canvas keeps parents and students well-informed, if teachers use it. We have been using Canvas for 4 years. For 2 months there's been issues with the Alerts tab, "An unexpected error has occurred." Canvas said it's an android specific issue. It needs to be fixed and updated. I've been waiting and there hasn't been a fix. I don't think Canvas realizes the urgency of the need for Alerts. Teachers use it to inform students and parents. Bring it back! Update: Still no fix. Canvas is ignoring me.

Garbage. Zero notifications ever received. All settings are set to have notification on. Even uninstalled and reinstalled, also removed student and re-paired with student and nothing. Assignments with a grade show as not submitted. Grades/scores are inconsistent and don't make sense. Student calendar does not load, only says "there was an error loading your student's calendar." The alerts tab says "an unexpected error occurred." This is the only way I can see my child's grades, and I can't.
