Additionally, I faced verbal call harassment, leading to mental distress. I have proof, an invoice, and acknowledgment from your end regarding missing jewelry box, karat meter, cake cutting, and defective products ring with dent not changing in 1 year policy I demand an immediate resolution, or I will escalate this legally. So bad service very bad way to talk to customers There was one employee who I was messaging and asking about orders he was talking nicely, and I finally ordered something. The order didn't reach my location I tried to call them they cut it on purpose and message in bad language and said to shop somewhere else I called some other employee they also didn't respond 😐

"Disappointing Experience at NEW BEL Road Store I recently visited the NEW BEL Road store and had a subpar experience. Unfortunately, the store manager seemed more focused on appearances rather than providing effective management. The staff struggled with billing, making errors and complicating the process of correcting them. Overall, the service was inefficient and frustrating. Based on this experience, I would not recommend visiting this store again.
