★★☆☆☆ The app and website are terrible and the auctions don't run in real time. The auction software is broken as there is a 1 min delay after the auction has closed. This allows other buyers to make bids even though it states you won the auction...5 mins later you didn't actually win. The customer service is the worse I have ever experienced in my life. They don't reply to emails and even if they do, its mostly useless information you didn't want. Frustrating and alot of shill bidders.

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely terrible service. Have spent well over £2000 on cards over the space of a month then selected to be weighed and that was 6 weeks ago. Have tried contacting several times and no reply. AVOID AT ALL COST.
