App signed me out, and I can't log back in. It says my password is incorrect, and now has locked my account. Tells me to contact customer service, but gives no contact info. Been locked out for 2 months now, with no help! 🤬

I am unable to register my new card as I get a flickering screen about not being able to accept terms and conditions. I have to manually kill the app after this. On my previous card, when I could get the app to work (rare) it was an absolute mess and nearly impossible to use.

I had no choice when it comes to switching to card valet. My bank was shutting down the old app. So after two days I shut my card off to protect my account, and now card valet won't open, and my card is shut off which leaves me with no access to my account. After several emails I still have not received any response, and app still won't open. DON'T USE THIS APP!!
