★★★★★ App works flawlessly, I retract my last review and give this app a thumbs up, When using this app be sure that kids GPS watch has data loaded on the Sim before trying to get info on the app from the watch.

★★★★★ Very Important. Load data not only airtime on the sim card. Otherwise the watch will not bind. It will receive calls, but that's it, until you load up data and upload the phone book, SOS info etc. Data is absolutely essential for proper set up

★★☆☆☆ I have tried to contact app support but no one has come back to me. The app constantly says the device is offline but it isn't. I even checked with the network provider who ran tests and said the SIM is in working order, and we can manually call from the watch. I cannot put any info into the app including SOS numbers, or get a GPS signal. I'm in the UK, but currently this app is saying the device is in China. Absolutely disgraceful app considering the sole purpose for it!
