★★★★★ Enter Code in cash app profile to get $50. Mind me, I love Cash app. I spend many hours on it. However, whenever I'm paying certain people, an ad wants to play, one of the ones you'd just continue swiping. However, I was paying a person and actually wanted to finish it, but my ad had a "skip ad" button that was being slow by the Search 🔍 button, so I couldn't skip the ad. I had to scroll past, then go back and try to seek where I was. It's okay. Just fix the placement of the skip ad button, PLEASE.

★★★★★ Love the app and helps me a lot, but one thing is I can't find my paper money option and that's the only way I get my money but overall love it

★★☆☆☆ Account was closed. When I sent an inquiry to find out why account was, it was months before I got a response. When they did respond it was stated that activity violates terms of service. When I responded and asked what the violation was this was the response: Reopen Your Case We closed your case because a response was provided, or it's been more than 3 days since we've heard from you. Please reach out through your app if you still have questions. I shouldn't have to open another case.

★★☆☆☆ Is absolutely stupid that you can't have two debit cards on one cash app account so every time I want to send money to somebody and receive it I got to remove one card and add another one

★★☆☆☆ Horrible. They closed my account for supposedly illegal action. When I asked what I did, they wouldn't tell me. I only used to send money to my kid. I appealed it. I was supposed to get an email ten days later. And nothing. Customer service is horrible.
