You can always tell when an app is designed with only iOS in mind. Every time I swip to go back from a menue the app just closes because the only back gesture it recognizes is the arrow in the top left of the interface. Can we please have universal back gesture support I've lost count on how many times I accidentally closed the app when I just wanted to go to the previous page 🙏🙏? Also, who do I have to bribe to get dark mode. Every time I open the app in a dark room I get flash-banged.

Despite the wide physical and online presence of this service the fact that they don't take into consideration anything other than ID card as a proof of identity and not even a passport is considered not even if you present yourself at an agency holding it in front of the representative which is embarrassing for a service that's been around for many years that didn't hesitate pushing an ad in every Moroccan's face 1 star for the physical availability and 4 missed for being a cave man app

Haven't been able to see my virtual card in 15 days. I recharged it with money and yet, I can't use it. It's blocked and out of reach for me. I tried contacting rhe support, but they couldn't do anything. I tried closing my account and getting my money back, but they said you'll have to wait until you get the virtual card back. Basically, the worst experience I have ever had with a financial institution.
