Since this taxi service has been taken over and is run by a call center its dreadful. The drivers if they turn up don't know the Area. But usually they don't turn up. When you ring they don't want to know, and they put the phone down. Can't be trusted. Nightmare firm. There's not a reliable firm in Caerphilly anymore.

Don't bother, drivers don't confirm name or destination when picking up so pick up whoever hails them first. Calling the office will have them agree that's what had happened, but will shunt your ride to the bottom of the queue. I would advise just calling them, but then you wouldn't even know when they leave with the wrong person.
