★★★★★ I first made an account in 2013. Enjoyed the game but after 2 years life made me forget it. Fast-forward a decade later, nostalgia pushed me to follow up and see if I can access my account. What followed was the most helpful and patient support interaction I have ever experienced for any mobile game. I have managed to successfully reclaim my old account and only wished to give a bit shout-out to the support team at castle clash for their patience with my tickets. THANK YOU! :))

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't work smooth, I know the game size is little big for this kind of graphics. I also have Clash of Clans for years with lastest update it doesn't even have a single frame forget about lag or Smooth gameplay. Clash of Clans also had same game kind of graphic when both games were popular but along with Clash of Clans improve a hell lot but castle clash didn't let alone optimize game for all devices. I am giving 2 stars because only of it's cool characters, also not cool as summoner war

★★☆☆☆ Limited Time Offers and Pack on Offers is really worst, I purchased $100 Rhinestones and the 9999 rhinestone Malefic pack or Cyclonic Pack doesn't appear ! How about you just put that on sale and do not remove it until players already bought it.
