★★☆☆☆ Seriously would've given a negative star review if I could. Won't send me the verification sms to sign up. Won't let me sign in on the app after I signed up on web version instead. Won't let me add my booking. Finally, it just completely crashed. Now I can't even get the app to start, it just automatically shuts down after showing the loading screen for a few seconds. Reinstall a few times but same results. Used to fly with Cathay 10+yrs ago and kinda regret choosing to fly with them again now.

★★☆☆☆ The app doesn't allow me to process the refund through it, and diverted me to contact the call center! Why?!!!.. 👎🏻 👎🏻 👎🏻

★★☆☆☆ App had error when showing boarding pass on my first flight. Then an error checking in on my returning flight. Waste of time

★★☆☆☆ Don't expect to get points with partner Airlines if you use a partner frequent flyer number. Cathay will just deny the claim. In addition, the app says you can check in 48 hours in advance, however the app doesn't actually allow this and just throws an error. At least they have good customer service to help sort this out.
