This is a really good app and easy to use, my only problem is that why is it that we can't make special requests on order for example if I order the pot roast with gravy why can't I request it without the gravy, I have to pick up the phone and call the company and speak to one of the Representatives. So that's the reason why I'm giving you a 4-star review oh and also when will there be a change on the menu, tired of seeing and ordering the same food over.👍👍👍👍

I don't believe there is so much negative comment about this app. It installed quickly, and I can access it via my phone, and on my laptop using the CBORD login URL. It works like a charm, giving you time to make your own decisions instead of dealing with food services staff member, who is invariably in a hurry and doesn't always know what is available on the day. Software is a bit clunky but works perfectly. I now get to have a choice from the full menu, and order in my time. 10/10

Can't even log in. What's the point? You enter your information, and it just thinks about letting you in then tells you system error.

This app and the website have error messages every time logging in. I found that if you select "Create Account" and Skip the email and password creation, it will work. I wish the same foods were on the app as the menu! The menu has much more choices, but you can't order ahead of time.

Horrible Used this app in October '22 slow and kicked out several times. Took over an hour to order 3 daily meals for my 93-year-old father. Now December '22 and it won't even let me log in. Keeps saying error try again. All the stress of a hospital stay, and this is not helpful in any way.
