I like using the daily check in to figure out what emotions I'm having, at what intensity, and to write about it in order. It helps me to organize my thoughts, so I can later logically resolve things with others.

Only a small amount of topics is free/unlocked. The majority is pay to gain access. Needs updates, last was 2022. The app is basically a diary or journal entry. Ex: what happened, why it happened or what you think should happen. And there's no response on how to deal with or handle it. I thought it would provide feedback on how things should be. Or options on how to address issues.

Signed up using my email and password then when I go to sign in it says email doesn't exist. So when I go to the sign-up and put my name and email, it says email already exists. So I can't log in to even try it.

Overall it's good, but one thing that annoy me a lot is... Notification, I swear I didn't set up any reminder or notification but at some point there are reminders that spam notification, and it won't go away until you open the app.

Basically, unless you pay, it's a glorified journal. You can't access any exercises to help unless you subscribe.
