Useless APP!!! Worst!! Cannot get a single ride. More than 10 times at centrepoint !!! All the while I see comfort cab at taxi stand. Scam! Lousy service. Still useless in 2025. No improvements at all. Cannot get a single cab all the time.

A terrible taxi app in Singapore. Impossible to get taxis at peak hour. Drivers will cancel for no good reason, wasting your time, making you wait like an idiot, with no reimbursement for wasting your time (I'm talking about 15 mins - 20 mins here). Tourists, please stay away from this horrible excuse of an app/taxi company. Now in 2024, still a horrible app. Stay away from the app.

I've booked taxi rides but upon no taxi available. My card was deducted, and suddenly a taxi driver was assigned, although the app stated booking cancelled once I've received notification no taxi available.
