The app is bugging and won't let me in (it's always reseting and back to main menu) and why you still charge your client from calling you. 70 cents per minutes (well we already bought products from your platform, and now you charge us as client from calling you).

Even change password is very hard. Discount need to perfection its website otherwise it is a real mad website to access one's account.
