On multiple 23 ultras this is giving the issue of storage permissions not allowing video file uploads. Please fix. All permissions are allowed for this app. It doesn't request storage permission, and cannot be added through phone app permission configuration

Slow app, constantly loggs you out randomly and lacks a lot of functionality of some other CRM apps I've used.

Hard to navigate. Options through the app are very limited. Not good. I'd rather use the internet website. Which is also not so good. You can't even refresh lists on your phone via the website. I've gotten with customer service about a few problems, and they just say "well that's weird. We don't have that problem.". Just like a not our problem kind of attitude. I really hope a different company rises up and out does leads. It doesn't seem like it would be a hard task honestly.

Freezing and crashing when trying to use the scan license feature. Arguably one of the most useful features offered by the application, and it does not work.
