Constant issues with this app. Haven't been able to log in since this morning. It's even claiming that the new password that I tried to set was already used by me before. It sure as heck wasn't. Lady told me she'd call me back when she heard from tech people or whoever. She didn't call me back. Maybe tomorrow.

The online banking and mobile app is all around cheesy and lack character. This app is slow with updating your balance. If you have a full amount of $600 in your account, it will only show $400. It's like they are content with this horrible app after probably getting a lot of complaints about it. I left years ago because of this app and came back with the hopes of it being improved. Boy, was I wrong. I honestly regret coming back
