★★★★★ Cedars has provided me wonderful Cardiac and Geriatric care for 20+ years. I've used CSLink since 1st offered, and I just added CS Connect. To my astonishment, w/i 5 minutes after signing up for CS Connect, Noelia called to welcome me. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. If my contact with her is any measure, this promises to be a great new care feature for Cedars patients!

★★☆☆☆ Zero stars, get ready to be an Alpha tester for this app. 10 count em 10 interactions with staff for a 15-minute appointment. Doctor was amazing. Everything between me and her dismal. It's a big black mark on Cedars, very unfortunate

★★☆☆☆ Useless. The first time you use it, it's your average app, but if you have to come back to it, and schedule something for example, a follow-up appointment, the entire process begins all over again. What that means is, you have to start everything from scratch and answer 100 questions as if you were starting for the first. There is no phone number for you to call and when they call you they refused to help you except to walk you through the entire app process all over which is redundant.
