This is a hospital that truly practice what they are, a caring and kind hospital (staff) that put their hearts out for the person in need. Revising my review from five star to one. They updated their chat feature to be a bot. It's not helpful. There is about zero functionality for this app now. And apparently it's two different apps? That's confusing. Overall, the facilities are top-notch and the nurses and doctors do their best, but cedar Sinai is a profit hungry beast that has ruined their services and honestly, probably makes it really difficult for the people who work there.

I used to like this app, but now it's frustrating. I used to be able to message as well as schedule my appointments to all my physicians, including my specialists, but now I can only message my primary care as well as schedule. If I have questions for my specialist, I have to email my primary care physician, and then she forwards it to the intended doctor. It's frustrating, especially since you rarely get anyone to pick up the phone. Ugh, you should've left the app alone!
