★★★★★ From my perspective as an SRO, the app works well and serves my school's and Department's purposes.

★★☆☆☆ Ever since getting a new phone, the app no longer alerts me when someone presses the button on their Centegix badge. I've done every troubleshooting method I could find and nothing works. This app needs to be updated ASAP.

★★☆☆☆ My Android does not make a sound when the alarm goes off, but it does on an Iphone. There is no way to add or change notifications sounds.

★★☆☆☆ I used to get the loudest alert on this app, now it won't alert me. I've tried all the suggestions.
