Great experience getting started using this Mail Order Pharmacy + Humana. It uses the same login details. I dreaded having to call my doctor's office to switch over my meds. But Center well lets you take a picture of your prescription bottles + contacts the doctor for you. Fantastic! Most of my meds have zero cost as well. Awesome! Refills will be easy to request as well. I'm very glad to use this company + its App!

Have a critical prescription that I placed when I had a week and a half left on my supply. The agent I talked to said order was placed, and I would get in 5 to 7 days. 4 day later I noticed a message in my email that the credit card I had on file was rejected. I got in touch with them and updated information. They told me it could take an additional week to get my prescription. I asked why they couldn't have told me they needed an updated card when they placed the order. Not their way.

UPDATE: Jan 2025, app is worse than ever. Buggy links. Finally, had to move my meds to a local pharmacy, because app performs poorly. Could not get the full page to appear within my screen. Frequently dealt with slow loading or frozen screen, and unresponsive links from Center well to Humana, to OTC allowance, etc. Initially in 2022, app worked well. One year later, I find the app to be buggy. Frustrating when trying to place orders for refills or the otc store. Errors and endless lag.
