All good except the quite astonishing impossibility to pay your invoices online without having to find each time your provider amongst their full list then write each time your providers contract number to then be able to visualizer your outstanding payments.... There is a favorites section, but you can just see the provider and the relative contract number but can't see your account's status thus not being able to pay. For doing that you have to write down the contract number, go back to...

Very good banking services but as young person I want to be 100% digital, the app is very poor, you need to invest in better native app with modern Ux. As Cfg is trying to be a unique bank in Morocco, I would love to see the banking app in that level as well, one suggestion from me (humble experience in mobile development) is to get inspired from Revolut app.

In terms of functions, the app is good, you can do pretty most of the banking operations. In terms of performance, it's the worst app I've ever seen. Very slow, you need to wait 3s after every click, and for some functions you need to wait more than that. This makes the experience horrible, and usually you get angry and quit the app without doing what you want. P.S. "Your session has expired" not "Your session has been expired". This mistake is there since I started using the app 2 years ago.
