There were really many people there on the first day it opened. My friend and I waited in line for 150 minutes. Our feet were sore after standing for too long. We all wanted to give up, but we persisted and "waited". But the service of the staff is very good, and you can enjoy small cups of tea while waiting. Entering the mall is pretty quick. The tea is delicious. Thank you for your hard work. Hopefully there will be more promotions coming to us. Thank you 😊

Waiting time on the app very inaccurate. After paying, I saw 35 mins wait time. 10 mins later it still said 35 mins wait time. Staff also take a long time to find the completed cup when I went to collect. Drinks are nice, but the app is very disappointing.

I ordered from Raffles Place outlet and the service staff was so rude. I have never seen such customer service before. I requested for the infamous chagee carrier since it's my first purchase in Singapore and the staff did not even bother to answer me. I asked her why she has such rude attitude towards customer, and she just rolled her eyes. I don't understand why such attitude can be tolerated especially in service industry. How does Chagee even select their service crew?!
