Many products showcasing on their online stores are always out of stock. Didn't get what I ordered in last 4–5 times. Either their inventory system is faulty or they are misleading their clients with showcasing unavailable products. Not only that, once the payment is made online for unavailable products, they do not return the money to customers. Instead, they keep it in customer's profile. You need to buy again from their store with delivery fees again with that amount! Worst experience.

My order did not arrive on time. The rider picked it up around 9 am, and it was expected to be delivered by 11 am. After I contacted the rider at 11:10 am, I was informed that the delivery would be delayed by 45 minutes. After 12:20 pm, the rider is not answering my calls. I am concerned that my order may not have been delivered and that the rider marked it as delivered without actually delivering it. This experience has been extremely DISAPPOINTING. This happened multiple times.

I purchased a container of some noodles for 400 BDT with 130 BDT off. But after receiving the container I saw that the cheap plastic container was charged for 250 BDT. The noodles packets were the slimmest I ever saw. I hope they show an itemized bill in the future before purchasing something.
