Don't have free phone number, I phoned the app, it took 7 minutes just to check my information as a customer, and they said didn't find my details. I sent an email nobody replies yet after 3 hours, don't have WhatsApp or anything to call without charge. A call from the country I'm will cost more than if I go to a private doctor for a consultation.

Crooks !! We had to spend 5 days in Hanoi hospital, and they told us everything was OK, and they were going to pay for us the €3000. But eventually they did nothing, so the nurse asked my gf for the pavement. When we called us, their excuse was "we need the flight booking to prove you left your country because blablabla. We left France 5 month ago, and we deleted that a long time ago...it is written nowhere that you have to keep your flights. Just an excuse not to pay, like all insurances. Farewell
