Really serious app. Tested it a couple of times and didn't disappoint.

Does the duty. -1 star for incomprehensible prices, and no status on currently accumulating charge or fee. -1 star for cumbersome app handling, it's super hard and unintuitive to find the current charging process; one can expect more from apps in 2023. -1 star for the only possible payment method is credit card; are we in the Stone Age, seriously? The competition does a lot better. Take an example at the Tesla superchargers. It's not hard to provide an easy and convenient charging experience.

The worest I have seen, i didn't use it until now, as nowhere in application we can order RFID card, while there is a place to register RFID card, nost charging point cannot be used direct with application, required RFID so what is the use of this application

Appalling, the migration from Renault is a sad joke. Existing password does not work, and the reset password can't have had even basic testing, you get both messages the passwords don't match and that the password had been changed. Then if you try again you get a "please try later message ". Still not managed to log in. Major fail !
