My request to Charge zone Agra is that all the charging point sites should make efforts to appoint operators. There is a lot of problem at the charging points, hence I request you to keep the operator at all the charging points so that we do not face any problem like the Hyundai is kept in operator is good service, charging point and operator is good 👍

Charger are good till input voltage from govt is within range. If it drops by 25 Volts, charger don't work. No provision for stabilizer.

App is not sending any sms to login even after trying so many times and also reinstalled, still the same problem. After entering phone number it says OTP sent successfully, but you won't get any OTP or sms.

Very pathetic and frustrating experience many a time, people often unplug the charger of any vehicle while it's still charging just to charge their vehicle. If you call customer care agent will advise you to unplug without caring of current status, worst charging station destination center nanded city pune. App is also worst, will not work until you provide permission to access location.
