★★★★★ Charge Point charging stations seem to be in good repair and working most of the time

★★★★★ Very nice spot to charge while my dog and I go for a walk. I had to stomp my way to the charger through the snow, the parking lot plow can only get so close, but to be fair, this has been quite a winter for snow accumulation. Thanx Wye Marsh.

★★★★★ Definitely a great app to use and definitely one of my favorite if not my only favorite charging stations company to use to charge my ev car. The app is super easy to use and navigate, and also their stations are not complicated to figure out how to connect your ev car to their stations. And for the most part you can just plug in, and it'll start charge right away but If not then it's super easy to hop on the app and select the station your at and hit Start charging session.

★★★★★ Lots of chargers available. Now they have to keep up the maintenance and keep them reliable like Tesla.

★★☆☆☆ Amperage mess The device resets itself to 16A despite being set up correctly. The edit field to change it in the up is grayed out. If you want the user to set it to 80% of the breaker amperage, specify so explicitly and DO NOT call it breaker amperage. The breaker amperage of 60A breaker is 60A. If you want the user to select 48A, say so, call it load capacity with an explanation that it is 80% of the amperage. How hard is it?

★★☆☆☆ Bought two charge point chargers assuming I could control them both from the app, but that's impossible.

★★☆☆☆ Downgrading to 2 stars because the Home Flex charger experience in the app is inconsistent. Often when I initiate a charge at home, one screen of the app will say it's charging but the other screen that shows the KW charge rate over time will say it's not charging. I've learned the quirks, but it's really annoying when there is contradictory information being displayed. And it also takes a very long time for the app to update to reflect real-time data sometimes. Other times its very fast.

★★☆☆☆ I downloaded this app for charging stations, but I can't find that at all. I hope I'm not being charged monthly for this app because I'm not sure what it's for. I was charged then refunded $1.
