★★★★★ Samsung Galaxy Note 22 on T-Mobile. A well executed, feature-packed banking application that basically gets the job done and then some. The financial trivia quiz and the minimal animation is fun too, good job JPMorgan Chase.

★★★★★ Great access to your bank account. I can almost do everything in the app and don't have to go to the Bank.

★★★★★ The application itself is awesome and very easy to use. I'm able to do everything I need and find new information that will be beneficial to me. I haven't had any issues. The credit card I have with Chase is even more incredible. I love how it's acceptable everywhere and there's a ton of amazing benefits.

★★☆☆☆ Overall people who test websites for ease of use would give Chases website a low score because it takes way more than 2 mouse clicks to get to any content. I feel that I am pretty tech-savvy & I don't find it user-friendly whatsoever! And lastly with this most recent app update there's this new widget that pops up every time there's a transaction or notation on the account that I find annoying as all get out & I have found no way to disable it!

★★☆☆☆ Broken search function on mobile. Cannot search previous transactions by keyword or vendor name. Search by check number is broken. Doesn't allow copying from transaction history for easy of search/filtering but doesn't matter anyway as search function is completely broken.

★★☆☆☆ This bank is a joke I have had so many problems with this bank.
