One of my relatives came from Bangalore to Trivandrum in Air India Express. This App always shows the arrival at Intl. Airport Terminal II which was misleading. Actually the flight arrived in Trivandrum Domestic Terminal, which made unnecessary tension. Suggestion is before writing always confirm how many terminals are there in each District/state/country. Also verify which airlines use which terminal etc

Poor app I have booked from Kuala Lumpur to Chennai and the ticket got booked and got reference number, after sometimes I got a call, and they are negotiating that the care has been raised do u want to proceed which is unfair. Following is my reference # HBCBBMF1 I can see that the bookings done in another app after I booked has been confirmed and not mine.

We no longer trust this app. My wife booked a flight to LA with a good price, and she called them to confirm they told her this price has no guarantee to travel on it. And no carry-on or anything with you on the plane. My wife asked to cancel, and they told her if you cancel, you lose all your money. She hung up to call the credit card, and at the same time, she got an email saying that we had been charged double the price. Be aware.
