Bought a couple of tickets to fly to Italy, made sure it was 1 way, and I bought insurance that if I needed to replace and change it, so it will be done. Now they were charging me an extra $200 on top of what I already paid even though I paid for this already. I do not recommend using this company as you will get scammed for every single penny even though you already paid. Literally economy turned out to be more expensive than business class. And the flight is 2 weeks from now.

Agents promising fake information during purchase of a ticket that costed me time and money I booked a ticket from cheapo air on dec 20 2024 and the agents promised me a carry on luggage and a personnel item prior to my purchase and the tickets didn't mention the luggage details. I reassured with their agents again, and they confirmed my luggage allowance multiple times. Now only three days left for my flight I rechecked with the airlines, and they confirmed I cannot have a personnel item.

I used to use cheap o air always but now I use my chase card link to get my tickets because I can't use my all points at once like before on cheapo air but no more sorry cheapo air I got the tickets all ready don't have to be worried cheapo air
