★★★★★ This app is for the Venue. Stop giving it bad reviews because you don't understand that. This app works perfectly for what it supposed to do. This app is for checking people in at an event.

★★☆☆☆ Can't log in ? I can sign in on the website to see my ticket, but I can't log in on the app, and it says 'oops contact us for help'

★★☆☆☆ I can log into my account no problem on my laptop, but for some reason the mobile app doesn't work or let me log into my account at all despite entering the correct email and password. Disappointed since I can't easily show my ticket to concert staff.

★★☆☆☆ Can't even log in with my Ticket web account on this app to access my purchased tickets. So I have to carry a bunch of papers in my pocket to an event to get scanned 🤦
