Very neat app, I love sending parents pictures. I would like to see 2 changes: 1)Tadpoles Pro currently shuts off background apps like Pandora. This is particularly an issue during nap time- we cannot open Tadpoles Pro without it shutting off nap time music which then disrupts the children's nap. 2) It would be helpful if Tadpole Parent would allow parents to actually enter the meals. It is time-consuming to RE-ENTER the information as a teacher who is also supervising play & greeting parents.

We use this app for our child care center. It is a wonderful way to keep in contact with the child(ren's) parents as well as the teachers in the center. Being able to post videos/pix and send notes to parents is super easy.

The interface of tadpoles for childcare providers is NOT user-friendly at all. It constantly freezes, it takes eons to actual load and send photos. If you're a childcare center looking for an application to communicate with your families, just use Bright wheel. It's landslides better.

No way to message parents easily and efficiently within the app. Only daily notes. I wish there was a way to click on multiple (or one) parents and email them simultaneously, so you don't have to go back and copy word for word the email they provided and go back to a separate email. If there were actual back and forth messaging on the app I would give it more stars. Bright wheel is better and easier, but my new daycare job uses Tadpoles sadly.

I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall the app just get it to work. What causes this, I don't even know. I just know that every time after I use the app, I go back in and the children aren't updated, when one is checked out on another device it will not update. Otherwise, this is a pretty good way to make sure the parents are updated on what the kids are doing all day.
