I have had the worst experience with this app.... If u ever forget your money balance on your virtual card below 25k... Chipper cash it's self will deduct it from ur card and not even refund it back... It had high transfer fees... If they refund my money... This is not fair 💔😭 am unable to withdraw my money from chipper cash. I have verified my account long ago now you guys want me to verify my account again. I should put my BVN . I even tried putting the BVN to receive code on my linked BVN number I didn't see any code until now. This is not fair 💔 😭 please you people should go back to the other way of verifying account is through ID CARD or NIN NUMBER please 🙏🙏😭💔 I will change my ratings when this is fixed.
