If you are trying to track a chronic condition by recording meds, mood, environmental conditions, triggers, fitness stats, and then be able to get insights on how they all interact with each other, plus the ability to create a 3D pain map of your body at any point in the day and see animation on how that changed over time, this is the app for you. Beautifully designed, all data you enter is fully editable and can be custom designed to collect information from an extremely wide range of sources

Think it's stupid we can't make notes on the specific dairy item entered, instead, the notes are separate. So when making notes about different conditions they are all mixed up. The notes should with the specific condition you're tracking !!! So won't be using because of this.

I was really looking forward to using this app with my new Samsung Watch 5 Pro, but I just won't connect. I was willing to pay the subscription as well just to get the watch features, but it's not working. I have chronic migraines, and I'm Bipolar so being able to track my symptoms really helps my doctors with treatment. This was honestly a waste of time, I've spent at least 2 hours trying to get this to work.

I never used this app due to it not working with my phone. I cancelled and I was still charged. I uninstalled app yet your still attempting to charge my account. Stop it! ..... Edit. You're still trying to charge my card!! I don't even have this app !!!
