Love my doctor and appointments are easy. My biggest issue is when you need help with something you can't reach your doctor directly. I have sent messages to the patient care advocates and will not hear back from anyone for days on end. Once you reach someone they send a message to the provider which take 1–3 days. It can be extremely frustrating especially if you need help with a prescription

Circle medical entered my information wrong, and blamed it on my insurance company when they couldn't verify my identity. This was after I verified my identity thrice, and I wasn't informed until I my appointment started, and the Doctor announced they couldn't see me even after I waited several hours in pain for my appointment.
