★★★★★ Does exactly what it says on the tin. Simple interface, no ads, you're not required to create an account, no internet connection required, none of your information goes anywhere (but it can store your stats locally, so you can review how much and often you've worked out). My favorite nice detail is how easy it is to mute or unmute the countdown for sets/rests. I wish all my apps were like this :D

★★☆☆☆ Sorry, couldn't work it out. Shame, I think with a proper tutorial it would have been useful.

★★☆☆☆ After adding exersizes and creating sets, the "home" page where you select your interval lengths says "selected set has no exersizes". I tried numerous times to get it to work, but it seems like this app is not well-built. Deleted within 25 minutes.
