One critism is you cannot put in your precise details for a pickup or drop off because the app reverts it back to information in the system.

Decent service - hefty overcharge on pre-authorization if paying by card in app then takes an absolute age for refund. Took over a fortnight to repay the difference to me, and then they issued a refund but DEBITED my bank again! Haven't been able to get a response to resolve it sadly. If I do use them I will always pay in car.

Please just let Uber take over. This app doesn't work. Taxis never come. Be like everywhere else and allow ride-share apps
