★★★★★ When there was a water leak a few months ago, I received a bill for over $800.00, and after the landlord fixed the problem, the lady at the City Of Cookeville water department gave me a credit of over $300.00 and that was a blessing. I am on a fixed income, and there was no way I could have paid a bill that high. I know that I am not the only person who has had this problem. I am so grateful for the help that I received. Thank you, Sandra Davison-Hensley

★★☆☆☆ You guys really need to actually test an app out before releasing it. After creating my new account it told me it was a success, then when I hit okay it asked me "are you sure you want to leave, all unsaved progress...." AFTER it had accepted my account. Also, I use a password manager like a responsible human being, that way I can have secure passwords, but your app won't let me paste my 20+ character password, or let the app autofill it. This is extremely not convenient. Come on guys...

★★☆☆☆ I had my account # and could not set up the payment because it wanted phone or last billed amount. Why make it so complicated? Folks just want to pay you.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible app only works about 1/3 of the time.
